Bury Sexual Health Service:

This includes information and advice on all types of contraception and STI testing and treatment. Our service is confidential, non-judgemental and for people of all ages, genders and orientations. Everyone is welcome and you don’t need to see a GP first. You can attend one of our walk-in clinicsbook an appointment online 24/7 or speak to us on 0300 3038565. Our phone line is available Monday to Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am – 5.30pm and Saturday 9am-5pm

St Mary’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC):
www.stmaryscentre.org – provides a comprehensive forensic, counselling and aftercare service to men, women and children living in Greater Manchester who have experienced rape or sexual assault whether this happened recently or in the past. 24 helpline 0161 276 6515.

Sexual Abuse

  • adults worried about the behaviour of other adults or children and young people

  • friends and relatives of people arrested for sexual offending, including internet offending
  • any other adult with a concern about child sexual abuse – including survivors and professionals
