The Proud Trust: https://www.theproudtrust.org/
The Proud Trust is an LGBT+ organisation that supports LGBT+ young people across the North West through youth groups, peer support, mentoring programs and the Proud Connections chat service. A web chat is available on the website from 12pm – 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays

P.O.G (Proud of Gayness):https://theburydirectory.co.uk/services/proud-of-gayness-pog
POG is a support group for LGBTQ young people in Bury. It is a safe space for young people who identify as LGBTQ to take part in fun activities, meet new people and access support. The group usually meets on the first and third Monday of the month. If you would like to find out more about the group or would like to come to the next meeting, contact the Bury Council Youth Service (youthservice@bury.gov.uk) or ring Lisa on 0161 253 6763.

Mermaids: https://mermaidsuk.org.uk/about-us/
Mermaids supports transgender, nonbinary and gender-diverse children and young people until their 20th birthday, as well as their families and professionals involved in their care. We also currently offer web chat support to students up to the age of 25.

Our Family Support Service, which started in 2013, is continuing to grow and develop in terms of the range of support we can offer.  Our primary focus is on connecting people with our growing community of parents/carers and families that are supporting an LGBT+ child or young person in their family.  We strongly believe in the power of peer support and we are here to facilitate that.
