ThinkNinja: https://www.healios.org.uk/services/thinkninja1 – An app designed as a direct response to the COVID-19 crisis we have updated ThinkNinja with specific COVID-19 content.  This will bring self-help knowledge and skills to children and young people (10-18 years old) who may be experiencing increased anxiety and stress during the crisis.
Kooth: https://www.kooth.com/ – A mental health and emotional well-being platform for children and young people aged 11 – 25. The platform is confidential, anonymous and free at the point of use. It can be accessed either via downloaded their app or website
Bullying Support and Advice: https://www.antibullyingpro.com/support – Information and support relating to staying safe online, young carers, bullying in sports clubs, faith and religion based bullying behaviour
YoungMinds: https://youngminds.org.uk/ – Information regarding Mental Health Support for young people
Childline: https://www.childline.org.uk/ – Lots of resources and support in relation to coping with anxiety, boosting mood, loneliness and isolation, Domestic abuse, gender identity and depression.
Calmharm: https://calmharm.co.uk/ – Calm Harm is an app developed for teenage mental health. Calm Harm provides tasks to help you resist or manage the urge to self-harm. You can make it private by setting a password, and personalise the app if you so wish. You will be able to track your progress and notice change. Please note the app is an aid in treatment but does not replace it.
Don’t Be a Zombie Campaign: http://dontbeazombie.co.uk/ – A national campaign led by Early Break aimed at combating the issues associated with drug and alcohol abuse among many young people in the UK
